What is Speed Quest?
Speed Quest on Frederick is an indoor electric go-karting facility that provides the community of Kitchener-Waterloo with a well priced indoor activity that allows people to enjoy go-kart racing. We host individual races, group races, birthday parties & work/corporate events.
How do I book a race?

Can I book a race online?
Yes, book your race slot or event below through our online bookings system, The calendar is synced with our in person booking system so your reservation is better suited when made on the website.
How long is each race?
Each race is 7 minutes. We see on average 20-30 laps within that 7 minute session depending on how good the driver is and if there is no crashing and exessive bumping on track
How fast are the karts?
The max speed for publicly accessible go-karts is 45kph in Ontario, Canada as set out by the TSSA. Our karts are set to the max speed of 45kph but we have different torque settings so we on our max speed & torque setting it accelerates faster than any other facility within Ontario.
Whats the max amount of people allowed to race at once?
We have a max of 4 people on track at a time as set by the TSSA.

4’7″ is the minimum height requirement
What are the hours?
Regular hours: Monday to Thursday: 3pm – 9pm | Friday: 3-9pm | Saturday: 10am-11pm | Sunday: 12pm – 9pm
What karts do you run at Speed Quest?
We run Sodikart RSX karts that are tuned to torque maximums of 80%, tuned to suit the track and maxed out at 45 kph as per TSSA and insurance limitations across Ontario.
Can adults and kids race rogether
Adults and kids can race together if you’re from the same family or group and would like to race with your kids that is fine. Everyone within the family will have to race on the junior speed until everyone shows that they can operate the karts safely and efficiently.
